Sound composition created for the theatre play Penguin, directed by Victoria Yehorova.
The work consists of 21 compositions forming a 60-minute continuous score, composed and spatially arranged for a five-channel sound system.

The music was produced as a fixed multi-channel composition and reproduced during the performance by the theatre’s technical staff, functioning as an integral dramaturgical layer rather than a live performance.

The score consists of two compositions forming an 8-minute ambient and electronic sound work, written specifically for the film’s narrative and movement structure.

While the film is not yet publicly released, the music is available on streaming platforms.

Synopsis
There are many routes in life, and it is often difficult to know which one is right. This story follows a dancer whose passion for movement helps him find direction and a sense of destiny.

Same Old, Same Old

Sound installation and composition — Exhibition, 2025

Sound installation and original music created for Same Old, Same Old, an exhibition project by Alexander Adamau, presented at the Free Belarus Museum, Warsaw.

The work is based on archival audio materials of political prisoners, which were edited, translated and recontextualised as part of a multi-layered sound installation.

The installation consisted of:

• an immersive sound corridor,
• a sounding wall built from processed voice recordings,
• a tablet interface presenting voiced letters from political prisoners,
• and headphones dedicated to listening to spoken poetry.

The sound composition functioned as a continuous spatial structure, guiding the audience through different modes of listening and proximity.

Free Forms

Music composition and live sound performance — Performance, 2024

Live sound composition and performance created collaboratively for Free Forms, a performance directed by Konstantin Muzhev.

The music was composed and performed live during the performance using vintage analogue synthesizers, with the sound developing in real time in dialogue with movement, space and action.

The work consists of three compositions forming a 21-minute ambient and experimental sound performance, created as a performative process rather than a fixed score.

The performance was produced with the support of Strefa Wolno Słowa and Teatr Powszechny, and presented at Royal Square, Warsaw, as part of a grant-supported public programme.

Music composition — Documentary film, 2023

Original music composed for the documentary film The Photographer from Peremena Square, directed by Maxim Shved.

The score consists of five ambient compositions with a total duration of 20 minutes, written specifically to support the film’s narrative rhythm, atmosphere and emotional pacing.

The music functions as an independent sonic layer, accompanying the visual story without performance or live elements.

The film was produced with the support of TVP and Belsat.

Live music performance for contact improvisation — Performance, 2024

Live music performance created for CI FLOW, a contact improvisation performance presented at Mazowiecki Instytut Kultury, Warsaw.

The work is based on live improvisation and focuses on long-form, evolving sound structures, developed in direct dialogue with movement, physical contact and bodily awareness.

Music is performed live using Arturia MiniFreak, with the sound unfolding in real time as a continuous process rather than a fixed composition.
